Darren is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. He established DM Safety & Health Services in 2008, having worked in the health and safety sector for several years. Darren aimed to bring new and innovative ideas to the construction sector.

Fast forward to today, and DM Safety & Health Services has evolved into a multi-disciplinary safety consultancy, placing safety at the heart of every business we work with.

Gerry Brown
Construction Services Director

Gerry oversees all Construction Compliance delivery requirements. He leads a highly skilled, multi-disciplined team, coordinating the delivery of our Site Inspection, Principal Designer, and CDM Advisor services under CDM 2015, along with our training and delivery programme within the Construction sector, incorporating our House Building partners, in addition to our Clients within the Major Contractors group.

Adrian Morris
Projects Technical Lead

Adrian joined DM Safety & Health Services in 2017, having worked in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management roles for over 25 years.

Adrian is a vital part of the team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise that fuses technical and safety functions. A primary point of contact in the business for Design Change Management, Risk Log assemblies, Future Use Benefits, and Pre-Commencement Planning, Adrian ensures all PD functions are discharged in accordance with RIBA requirements.

Ian Tole
Head of Commercial

Ian heads up the group commercial function for our technical and engineering projects. Ian has a vast experience in the delivery of large projects within the bulk materials handling and food sectors.

Luke Harrison
Head of NHS Delivery

Luke is responsible for overseeing all compliance and Project management requirements within our NHS Contracts. Luke has significant experience in Commercial Management and has also recently assumed control of our NHS Principal Designer function.

Mike Walker
Senior Project Manager

Mike provides Senior Project Management services to large organisations throughout all sectors. Clients have benefited from Mike’s significant experience with the successful delivery of major projects throughout the UK.

Nicola Hothersall
Administration Lead

Since joining DM Safety & Health Services in 2013, Nicola has managed and developed the administration function and oversees all client administrative reporting.

Nicola is a pivotal part of the management team, always ensuring Clients’ requirements are met and providing that vital link in ensuring the smooth running of the entire operation.

Charlotte Beesley 
HR & Finance Manager

Charlotte supports and manages a number of Business Functions. Charlotte’s role as HR, Accounts, and Finance Manager ensures support to both our staff and customers. Charlotte has vast experience within the industry, providing HR and Finance Management support, giving both our Staff and Customers practical guidance and reassurance.

Jack Noble
Head of DM Built Environment

Jack joined DM in 2023 to head up our new built environment division, supporting clients in the management of fire and other risks in the buildings they own or are building. When not looking at the built environment, he supports our construction clients with site inspections and Principal Designer support.

Jack has worked for the last decade in a mix of consultancy and in house roles for PLC construction companies. He is educated to lv6 in Occupational Health and Safety, and is a graduate member of IOSH.
